  • Led a team of five designers in the development of a comprehensive product spanning mobile and desktop platforms, with a focus on enhancing the hiring process for hiring managers.

  • Streamlined the new requisition process from an 8-page wizard to a concise 2-step procedure, significantly reducing complexity and enhancing efficiency.

  • Expedited candidate interview scheduling from an average of one week to just 45 minutes, facilitating quicker decision-making and talent acquisition.

  • Guided and mentored a specialized team of UX designers, researchers, and writers, fostering innovation and ensuring alignment with user needs.

  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement enhancements for current and future API management desktop applications.

  • Earned the trust of over 20,000 Boomi global customers and 100,000 users, increasing overall interest and product value within the API management dashboard.

  • Played a key role in establishing and maintaining the design library.

LEAD UI/UX DESIGNER: Abbott Medical

  • Oversaw the development of class III medical applications across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and desktop, overseeing tasks such as branding, marketing collateral creation, and extensive rebranding efforts. 

  • Co-authored a US Patent for a virtual clinic enabling remote care, expanding product accessibility to 160 countries and reducing patient reprogramming sessions to under an hour.

  • Recognized among Time Magazine’s 100 Best Inventions of 2021 for pioneering remote care technology.

MY TOOLS AND SKILLS

I create wire frames and interactive prototypes for iOS, Android, and desktop applications. By working closely with Product Owners, Business Analyst, and Development I identify opportunities to improve existing and new products. To help ensure the best user experience, I also conduct user research to gather feedback for quality assurance. Other duties include creating marketing videos, style guides, logos, icons, and handling a massive rebranding efforts.
